Matt Galvin has built his career on the frontlines of corporate compliance and legal risk transformation—from the boardroom to the U.S. Department of Justice. As a pioneering Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO) at AB InBev, Matt led the integration of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence into global compliance systems, spearheading the development of BrewRIGHT, one of the most advanced platforms of its kind.

In public service, Matt played a key role at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he launched technologies to detect white-collar crime and led corporate compliance evaluations across a wide range of industries. He also contributed significantly to the DOJ’s corporate policy development, both domestically and internationally.

As Co-Founder of Gentic Global Advisors PLLC, Matt now advises governments, boards of directors, and senior executives of multinational corporations on modern compliance expectations, data governance, internal controls, and the strategic use of data to generate predictive insights and proactively mitigate risk.

With experience conducting investigations in over thirty jurisdictions, Matt has guided organizations through complex crises and regulatory challenges. He is an attorney admitted to practice in New York, Hong Kong, and (pending) the District of Columbia, and has practiced law in both the U.S. and Asia. He is also fluent in Mandarin, enhancing his ability to operate in global and cross-cultural environments.
